Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point.

Quality Check and Refund

Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
